Do you understand asking staff to check apps will result in denial?: Yes, Yes I do.
How could you help us?: I could help you in anyway except plugins/console stuff
Past experience: I have been staff on many server and even Owner(I had another owner that done plugins) the staff ranks i have had are: Trial-Mod - Head-Admin on a server i have been Moderator on 2 servers and as I said Owner.
How would you deal with issues in chat?: If people are arguing I will tell them to stop and give them a warning if they continue arguing I will mute them for 5 mins for a second warning and if they keep going on i will mute them for 1-3 hours

Additional Information?: It would be great if I could get this Staff on this server and if I do I will make sure to be the best Helper there is.
