Build Team Application

Build Experience:
I have both been building in singleplayer/multiplayer creative/survival mode many times so I am familiar with every minecraft block there is. Minecraft building gave me a different perspective about minecraft, so it ''created'' a separate part of my mind specially for that. When I build I am determined to finish what I have started, I dont like plain builds (always add and more details until Im satisfied with my build). Usually watching someone else builds or seeing a picture/video of a build I like gets me going, it makes me wanna build something like that. Im constantly getting new ideas for building and day by day I get to know every building style there is in minecraft. When Im building I preffer to use a combo of styles, not only one. I have been Creative rank on a Croatian (Croatia,Europe; country I live in) server and got promoted to Builder, was Builder rank on another server (us server).
World-Edit experience:
I have worked with we a million times and know 90% of the commands (still learning).
Voxel-Sniper experience:
I heard about Voxel-Sniper when I started to write this Application, so I searched about it on google and I understand the principal of it and there arent many commands so it will be easy to learn fast.
Portfolio of previous builds:
Whenever I build I dont take screen shots of my builds because I usually play on servers like prison or factions where my priority is getting to the higer rank or making a better fac. But when I do get to building I make sure that everyone who comes and checks out my build gets astonished and fastinated with the build.

Well to start off let me introduce myself.
My name is Timotej (eng. Timothy); I am from the Croatia,Europe (GMT+1 timezone), I am 15 years of age, and in the 1th grade of high school. I enjoy creatively thinking, working with numbers, working with technology, learning, playing sports such as swimming, and playing video games; Minecraft is of course my favorite game to play!
I started playing Minecraft back in the winter of 2012 when my friend introduced me to it. He had shown me the basic to the game such as what the concept of the game and how to craft items. Then he told me if I want to get to know mroe about minecraft I should search for Youtube vides. I listened to his advice and found videos where people build this extrodinary castles, houses and amazing builds. That made me wanna build one of those so I started ''learning'' and exploring everything that minecraft offers to me.
Although I am a helping hand to anyone in need I am not afraid to stand my ground. I am a very devoted and a loyal person. My attitude towards anything I do is to never give up. Once I start something I get it done, no matter what. If it causes me a headache then so be it. If it takes all day then so be it. I will finish whatever I start. In school I am that student that everyone thinks of as a ''Wize man'' because whenever there is a problem I solve it, whenever we have a school project I take the lead and give everyone one of my peers the opportunity and a feeling to be a part of something.
The reason I would like to become a member of the Build Team is that I see all the potential this server. I have great ideas that can benefit the server both in managing the server and the general looks/appirance. My ideas may not be huge but they can still enhance the way the game is played. I most easily reached in the latemorning or late evenings. I always find time to play Minecraft.
Last but not least you will not be disappointed if I become a Build Team member. I will amaze you at everything I do and build.
Spawn Design (optional):
As I said Im full of ideas and creations so designing a spawn portal shouldnt be a problem. If needed I would like to show it to you in game, because Its hard to describe every block in the build, its position and its surroundings.
