Hi guys I just bought the vip rank but my helper prefix has gone. I still have all commands back. Can I get my prefix back please?

Also I have found out that:
1. /fix doesn't work for vip
2. /echest doesn't work for vip and
3. pets do not work
Can you fix these please random

You don't get /fix and idk about echest. The pet plugin as stated in other threads, is down because it's outdated and not compatible with the server at the moment.
