Do you understand asking staff to check apps will result in denial?: Yes
How could you help us?: i will get u the best by helping u get people to joint he server and make the server 100+ people in the server and help u see players that are not obaying the rules

Past experience: I helped staff with stuff and im very kind person!
How would you deal with issues in chat?: i will warn them first if 3 warns i will kick him if log in and do it more i will ask higher rank person than me to ban him and do proof to u.
