! But I Think Staff Need Maturity To Be A Staff Member Or Why Should They Be Staff If they are Immature all the time? Im One Of The Most Maturity People In My School and maybe on the server! To Get Staff You Should Have over 5 Maturity!
Why do you want to be a staff member?
I Wanna be staff Member Because i Love this server! I Know i can make this server So good and Enjoyable With The Staff Members As A team to make the server most enjoyable for everyone To play on! If I get staff im gonna give some suggestions help People Out! I Know all the rules a Server should have and i can possibly With Sparton and every staff member make it so much enjoyable that we get more and more players! I Wanna be staff on this server because its my favorite server of all Servers i ever played on! Im very sure that in the future we will get so many players that we'll get more donations even 
! Thats why i wanna be staff member! I wanna help People out make the server more enjoyable and be With the staff!
Why should we pick you over everyone else?
Well I Would Be Over the Moon To Be Accepted Because i know i can make this server more enjoyable And add some good suggestions for the server if we need some! Im VERY VERY creative and im a very good Builder too! But if I was a staff I Would help ANY People who needed help With their problems even If its the hardest problem ever i would help out and make them have fun again and dont be more sad! I am Different thats the Word i would use if someone asked me why i should be picked! Im not a guy who abuses every kit of gives him self a Money! Im Gonna be a staff member like a player mining and Working hard to rankup! if i get staff it is like being a player but u need to help everyone and make the server better and i think im Good for that role! Thats why i think i should be picked !
How would you help this server grow?
Well If someone asked me how i would grow the server i would actually do 5 Things : 1. I Would make a Very very long server review on the WHOLE server of what we have and why They should join us! 2. I Would Make Videos here like tutorials how to get fast Money or which Method to get fast Money is the best and why u should 3. I Would make a Op Faction Series On Here Whenever i have time but if i have School i still dont care i will even more make a Series here! 4. I Would Post the server on every minecraft server list so this server can get more and more noticed and get more donations! 5. I Would Invite every one of my friends to join and if the players want something like a dp im gonna talk to Sparton and talk With him if we can have a dropparty on a Certain players joined !
Story 1- A Player in chat is spamming what would you do /warn, /kick or /tempmute?
I Would First Warn him if he doesnt stop until 3 warnings i will Kick him if he comes back and spams more i Will tempmute him!
Story 2- A player in chat is asking for a staff member to tpa them to record a hacker you record the hacker and ban him/her for 4 weeks would you post proof on forums or poke a higher staff member ?
I Would First Post Proof On the forums then if i get orders to ban him for a certain time i will and if i dont get orders i will let him be and wait until a higher staff member comes on!
Story 3- A Player is advertising in chat would you /kick,/tempmute or /tempban and post proof on forums?
I Would First Kick Him if he comes back and still i would tempmute him and if after tempmute if he doesnt stop after that i will screenshot it and ban him and then post proof on forums if i get orders to unban him i will unban him !
For Every ban you make do you post proof on forums or just poke a operator?
Its how the ban works like i mean if it is a Advertiser i would Ban him and screenshot it and post on forums! If he hacks i will Record it and then ban him and post proof on Forums!
Experince and Hacks:
Level of Experience with Servers and Bukkit: I have a lot of experience with servers. I solely play on servers and have been playing minecraft since 1.3. I Have been staff on many different servers and there i gathered experience so i can share it on here. I have received OP on 7 servers only because I was friends with the owners and they wanted me to help them build stuff. Those servers have sadly gone down die to lack of donators. As for Bukkit I know alot of commands. you ask i know
How Would You Deal with Someone Being Inappropriate: I understand that several people would be angry over things like losing a fight or getting scammed. I would first warn the player that they will receive a mute for being inappropriate if they do not stop immediately. If they were to continue and ignore my warning, I would then give them a mute depending on how they were being inappropriate. If someone was angry over a fight or another situation that is similar, I would give them a 2 hour mute so they could cool down. If they were cursing or saying inappropriate language, I would give them a 24 hour mute because I find it terrible that they would say something like that in front of younger players. If it wasn't the first time I have had to mute them, I would increase the time by adding on the original amount. EX: angry player muted twice gets a 4 hour mute, a 3rd time gets them a 6 hour mute and so on.
How Would You Deal with a Spammer: This is one of my pet peeves. I would warn an IP spammer that they will be banned if they do not stop immediately. If they are to continue, I would give them a permanent ban because I feel as though they will just return if it's a temp-ban and continue spamming. If the spammer is spamming a shop or something else like that, I would warn them that they need to stop or just advertise less frequently. If they were to ignore me, I would give them a 1 hour mute. The same thing I stated from players being inappropriate would apply. If this is the second time I had to mute them, I would increase the time. EX: 2nd mute is 2 hours, a 3rd mute is 3 hours, and so on.
How Would You Deal with a Modded Client User: In dealing with a modded client user I would be especially careful to make sure that the user is indeed using a modded client. I have multiple different tests for hacks. I will make a list. If they were to make me think that they have any sort of Modded Client, I would ban them permanently.
Anti-KnockBack - If someone were to be called an Anti-Knockback user, I would go into /v and tpo to them. I would then get behind them and shoot them with a punch bow multiple times to make sure it isn't lag.
Kill Aura - If someone is being accused of having kill aura, I would go into /v and tpo to them. I would make sure that they aren't in a fight and then I would get out of /v behind them. If they were to automatically kill me, I would think they do have kill aura.
Auto-Armor - If someone is accused of auto-armor, I would go into /v and tpo to them. I would make sure they are doing something other than fighting, such as typing or running. I then would /inv them and remove a piece of armor. and any spares they have in their hotbar. If they were to put on another immediately, I would believe that have Auto-Armor.
If any of other type of hack is thought to be used, I would think of something to test it. If any other staff was on, I would ask them to watch and help me decide if they were a Modded Client user. A while ago my friend told me to install this hack into minecraft. I didnt know it was a hack but i didnt install it Because i thought it wasnt Proparly Safe!
