Do you understand asking staff to check apps will result in denial?: Yes I do understand.
How could you help us?:
The reason i would like to become part of staff is because i sometimes see players abusing glitches but i can't do anything about it. I would help new players that don't know how to play prison. I also know a little bit about plugins / configs.
How much time will you be on? : I will be on for about 2-5 hours depending on when i get back from school and if i have any homework.
Past experience:
I had my own server in 2013.
How would you deal with issues in chat?:
I would tell the player that is causing issues to stop and if he doesn't stop and will keep on going after 3 warnings i will /mail Wrfd or Random with the reason and the proof.

I live in the UK (United Kingdom). I have school on Monday - Friday 9.00am - 3.40pm. I will be online on my computer Monday - Friday 4.30pm - 9.00pm If i'm home. On Weekends i might be on all day.
